the gargoyle treasure gives you the rammer cross bow only, as well as a rotten apple theres no hammer in the gargoyles treasure.

i guess ill have to upload a video tomorrow since no one believes me that the red dragon pistol wrecks every weapon in the game. and there is no competition for it!

ok yea the pistol is weak, so what! Here's the stats of the weapons

The Rammer
-Damage: 119 (owned!)
-ammo capacity: 1
-reload time: 0.75
-augments: inflicts fire damage and health absorption

The red Dragon
-Damage: 41
-ammo capacity: 6 (owned!)
-reload time: 0.75
-augments: cause more damage to your enemies and less damage taken by you (owned!)

Explanation
After playing many games u come to realize that its not how much damage you can put out, its how much damage you put out over time...

alright so your rammer does 119 dmg, then u have to reload, ok so theres apprx. 2 seconds - to shoot and reload (2 seconds)

now, although my dragon only does 41 dmg, in 2 seconds i can let off 6-8 rounds, thats 246-328 dmg! and thats not including the augment it has with increased damage!

now your probly wondering how the hell do i come up with 8 shots fired if i have to reload after 6 shells which should take the same amount of time as the rammer, well its quite simple! its called 'Brutal Styles' rank 3! instant reload! basically this allows me to not have to load 6 shells back in my gun, and cuts down my reload time by 0.45 seconds (estimate)
where as the rammer only has 1 shell to reload, so the brutal styles rank 3 doesnt compliment the reload time in the rammers case.

Bottom line
in 2 seconds the rammer does 119 damage. in 2 seconds the red dragon does 246-328 damage (depending on how fast your trigger finger is)

so look at it yourself 119...or 246-328, yep its pretty clear that the dragon out ranks any gun and sword

also to add, the pistol is also better than any melee weapon as well, seeing as how its a 1 shot kill - if shot in the head (sometimes 2 shots depending on the enemy) or i can just used the aimed shot and tap Y repeatedly and blast through enemies in seconds. also ranged attacks are not able to be blocked, and melee attacks get blocked like crazy!

is there anything else you would like to add to your reasoning for the rammer to be a better weapon?

We obviously play different ways. I still use the Rammer for distance shots.
I like to kill people before they get to me.
With that, I also do head shots but you cant always head shot people up close.
It they hit you, you cant aim.
Thats were doing almost triple the damage really helps.


Then you add in aiming damage, that is 3 times for me.
357 damage per hit.
While your pistol only does 123.
I don't see were you are getting this whole 2 second reload time for the Rammer.
I have both my styles maxed out and speed.
So I reload quite fast no matter what the weapon is.

The Rammer also has the Ghoul augment in it.
I have not died once on my 3rd character.

i prefer the perferator most of all simply because the rapid fire and the average damage helps with banshees and the commandants which are the only real hard enemys in the game
plus the sound effect is awesome o.o

Welll I have gotten all 4 dexterious styles and have the enforcer and daichi but they don't seem that good.

range is not a factor in fable 2, anytime u encounter an enemy is pretty much when they just pop up out of no where, unless your sniping those bandits, which only take 1 shot either way to kill, so killing enemies before they get to you is not a factor. and for the most part of this game, enemies appear right in your face, so a fast shooting, high capacity gun is best

I'm pretty sure the slowest unique rifle is the legendary blunderbus "The enforcer", I'm pretty sure it does the most damage also not certain but i know it has closest range

Heh, what bandits are you fighting? 1 shot in the body? Yea.. I know that bandits that I fight take at least 3-4 shots in the body with my Rammer.


But back to that whole close rage ****.
I have used the red dragon and it is.. interesting.
You have to aim in order to shot as fast as you say. But in order to aim, you cant be getting hit. I tried the non aiming RD and the non aiming Rammer and they seem pretty close to me.


If you need a powerful weapon close range with out any aiming, the Enforcer is they way to go. 531 damage.

but the enforcer is far from the best i can massacre a whole mob of hollow men with the perferator in the time it takes me to pop 5 or 6 with the enforcer its good for commandants or the floating crystrals... i forget their name but other then that no where near what i hoped for

it was awhile back when i got it but i think the wraithmarsh demon door which u need to escort 8 people to listen to its acting then it opens and the gun is inside a cave near the back ;d the damage i cant remember if i hop on my evil toon though ill post it

the wepon that is a close seond to the diachi is the one you get from getting perfect timing in the crucible. i use that one because i have a huge guy and he doesn tlook good with a puny katana
