My name is Sam Van Tilburgh from Lionhead Studios / Microsoft. We just noticed the art book has been leaked and posted on your site. Can I please ask you to remove all and any links to this?

Secondly, can I also ask if you could give me IP details for the user mightysage who has 1 post and posted the link originally on your site? That would be greatly appreciated.

You understand if we have a breach of security with Fable 3 that is a very serious issue.

Why havent they actually contacted our staff about this. First they contact Froggy who is a news editor/ Bard then this. If they contacted an Admin it could be cleared up more quickly. Can you forward me the PM?

No they were genuine, Woody and Sam both contacted members and commented on the leaks on the boards in threads that have been removed.

TTL, why did they contact you? I thought froggy was the one who posted about it? I never even got to see the thread so I have no ruddy clue as to what's going on.

An artwork book was leaked and it was posted on the forums and Lionhead contacted Froggy (for some reason) to get it removed and then this. I didnt even know about it until i saw the threads, if one of us had been told then whole thing could have been cleared up sooner.
 
I believe they may have mistaken my old modder badge for a moderator badge.
Still no luck with forwarding PMs BTW.

Hmm possible but then why Froggy unless they think Bard is Moderator etc? Surely you cant go wrong sending a message to an Admin though.
 
They probably think any "special" badge denotes staff
 
I think the Lionhead guys were being ridicolous. Things can get done in easier, calmer and best manners. Creating such a small "chaos" Is a sign of weakness and recklesness from them. Forever more, I hope that in the future they will move themselves in more "nicer" Ways and hopefully smarter. (and I thought the game files were the only thing made up in a chaotic way)
 
It won't change my view on them. Failure to contact the right people to claim the correct things? Oh, come on.

Lionhead got in touch with whom they believed had the authority to take the content down.
 
Just to be clear, when I posted horrible I actually meant REALLY confusing. I mean, all the morning the forums where down, then I come to see everything's changed and it was really horrible.

And Noctus, you're whinning just as much as I am.
 
Erm, no love - I said I didn't like it. I'm not posting in completely unrelated topics about it and I'm not contemplating my own suicide over it.
