Preorder bonus trading

Well, since I'm in America and I'm preordering Fable 3 through GameStop, I'm getting reaver's sword as a preorder bonus. However, I really want Garth's sword instead. Because these weapons won't be tradable in game, I'm looking for someone that will be getting the Australian preorder bonus (Garth's sword) that would like to trade codes with me so that I can get Garth's sword in exchange for reaver's. Any Aussies interested? :D

Oh, and I know I can get Garth's sword as a bonus through Best Buy, but there are various reasons why I don't want to deal with switching my order from GameStop to Best Buy.

I Think i speak for most Aussies and say How is this a fair trade loose garths sword and get reaver ...... hmmm they may do what they did with mafia 2 and after a few months release each of the DLC weapons for a fee

I'd rather have reaver's sword than Hammer's hammer for just one reason. The tattoo that comes with the sword allows you to complete an extra quest in Aurora, and I would take that over the hammer, but not over Garth's sword.

And if they do release the preorder bonuses as DLC, that'd be great, but judging from the way they spoke about these preorder bonuses, I don't think they will. That's why I want to get Garth's sword now, in case I can't get it later.

I doubt it, Who would be dumb enough to scam somone on a used everyday forum? He would be shunned by all Live players and wouldn't get a trade in anything ;)

I would as well, but I wouldn't have any means of paying people for them. Unless you mean gold in the game...then that'd be much easier. :lol: I'd also trade Microsoft points for them, but if I'm not mistaken, points can't be traded between people in different countries.

I resent that. I've been a member of this forum for well over a year. I joined before X10 and E3, before we knew anything about Fable 3. I've assisted in many forum activities, started my own, contributed 2500+ posts to many, many threads, and wrote three extensive and original Fable 2 guides. Do you honestly believe that it's possible that I did all of that just so that I could scam someone out of a preorder bonus that none of us had any idea existed until a few weeks ago? Get a grip and think about things like this before you start making outrageous accusations.

Dude Necromancer I'm in the same boat you are. I pre-ordered at gamestop, and then later on found out Garth's sword (The Channeler?) was available at best buy, and also don't want to switch preorders. The only reason I would be cautious to trade would be the tattoo that let's you unlock a quest. An idea that I thought of would be to possibly check ebay after the games release. Who knows, some people may have put the codes for Garth's Sword and Hammer's, uh, Hammer on there for (hopefully) a reasonable price.
 
There's been so much hype about the Garth sword exclusive from ordering from Best Buy. Is there something I don't know, or can someone provide a link with proof? As far as I understand, Gamestop has the Reaver Sword (which is sold out in the US), Game.com in the UK has Hannah's Hammer, and jbhifi (Australian gamestore) has the Garth Sword. Best Buy doesn't offer anything. Links:
