Bioshock Infinite; Anyone worried?

As what DD posted, I think it'll be a great game - developed by the people that did the first, a new original concept, possibilities are endless.

1) I would like to see how rapture was built.. I hate that i only get pieces from the audio and nothing much more.. not i ever liked what they did to ryan.. :( basicly you're not a bad ass but a fool! :( never the less i loooooooooooooooooooove it!

2) we could have had a 3rd one as they left many things open

3) the first time i saw pieces of it i was well.. worried... they said that bioshock is the main idea of the "city". On the 3rd one i like the sky although it will another story with the same style so i grow into it in time.. after a couple of weeks i think i will defenatly buy it as after all it's appealing.. and with more spead :P

I didn't play the other two Bioshock's because of the very fact they WERE underwater. I'm loving their new setup and am looking forward to what this game might offer.

I welcome the idea, it makes a change from Rapture. I loved the first two games, however the second one didn't give me the same WOW factor that the first one brought to the table. Don't get me wrong the second one was good, but Rapture just wasn't as mysterious as it was in the first one. I think Infinite will bring a fresh take on an isolated enviroment closed off from the rest of the world in a similar way that the first Bioshock did. I'm looking forward to it.

Yeah I just did that.

Yeah, I just did that.

im loving the concept of it and instead of killing the franchise by keeping it in rapture was worrying me but then when i heard that not only the seting but some of the key themes were changing i was like yeah a franchise willing to take a risk instead of using the cod model of making the same game 6 time with a new gui and a new sub name

Exactly, a franchise willing to give a new perspective on it's setting rather than simply recycling it for a sequel is admirable.

A sequel wasn't needed. A prequel however, might be quite good IF they spent time on it.

I suppose in a way infinite is an indirect spin-off prequel. Then again infinite and the original might be linked in some loose way. Regardless I look forward to its release.

i like the idea that there expanding the bioshock universe and building a backbone to it so when we do take a dive back to rapture again it will be in a different light or new information that you might have ignored simply because it just didn't seem relevant will make much more sense and much more diversifying and interesting new characters protagonists and antagonists back story's on characters that seemed unimportant to the world.
