Hangin' out in a corn field
Hey Yo'll! Im interested (For those who play Skyrim) to find out who's favourites are what..
Here are the categories

Clothes:
Armour:
Companions:
Houses:
Creatures (To kill):
Weapon (Melee):
Weapon (Range):
Activity to do, besides Killing, or Questing:

Lets begin! :D

Is this limited to vanilla Skyrim, or no?

Armour: Vampire Royal Armor - Steel Set. There is no denying the steel set with the horned helmet and cuffed boots isn't pure awesomeness.

Companions: Serana - Why can't I friggin ditch Camilla and have a horde of vampire babies terrorize skyrim? Damn.

Weapons: Dragonbone Sword or Dragonbone 2h Mace - It's like clubbing your opponents with a friggin' gigantic turkey leg! :D

Activities: I generally role-play in my free time in Skyrim. I married Camilla and she's in that love triangle between Sven and Faendal. I caught one of the latter in my house and as soon as I walked in, he just left. Came back another time to Whiterun and he was there again. Feeling a little bit betrayed, I killed him, stripped him of his clothes, placed him on the table and put skooma bottles all around him. Perfect crime. Then I put him on top of the bed. hehe.

Armour: ATM I'm on a sneaky character, so I use an alternation of Shrouded Armour and Linwe's Armour. Mostly Linwe's armour but if I'm going proper sneak I switch to Shrouded for the 2x blade sneak attack.
Houses: Hjerim, got it pimped out with a desk and all the bugs in jars. Badass.
Creatures (To kill): Giants/Mammoths with Storm Call. Really fun.

I usually just mess around in the game, find a high place and jump off.

Armour: Steel plate arrmour with the heavy Dawnguard helmet, My character appropriately named: Ivar the Ironclad likes to ride around on his horse in full plate armour like a badass Crusader of Talos.

Companions: Serana sometimes, though I mainly just use her as a pack mule for my stuff.

House: Breezehome/Honeyside (currently.)

Weapons: Dawnbreaker, Targe of the blooded (shield,) Enhanced Dwarven crossbow. Sky forge steel greatsword, it reminds me of the bastard sword used by the the landschneckt which is fitting given my characters occupation as a merc.

Creatures to kill: Giants, dragons, Olfina Gray-Mane (such a bitch,) Louis Letrush (there's like a dozen of him in my game, he's like some sort of endangered wilderbeast or something.)

Activies: Smithing, robbing rich peoples houses for quick loot. FUS RO DAHing people off the docks near Solitude. Shooting guards in the knee to give their claim some credit.

Armour: Wolf Armour.
Companions: Vilkas and Meeko.
House: Honeyside, it comes with its very own garden and wheelbarrow; need I say more?
Weapons: Is it weird that I love the look of the iron swords best? I think the higher level swords look too pretty for my tastes.
Creatures to kill: Chickens.
Activities: Pickpocketing people's clothes off and murdering them, making it look like an accident. Also, setting them on fire with a torch.

Clothes: Jarl's Outfit
Armour: Stormcloak Officer Armour. (http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_luz57hZYhQ1qbb60fo1_250.jpg) Badass.
Companions: Mjoll the Lioness. She's hawt, she's feisty and she's a store that follows you around! You can sell her stuff in the middle of a dungeon to lighten your load.
Houses: Windhelm. I love that place because it never stops snowing!
Creatures (To kill): Elves.
Weapon (Melee): Two-handed ones. I really like that Orcish Daedric Artifact one.
Weapon (Range): Bows are for little baby men. If only they had throwing axes...
Activity to do, besides Killing, or Questing: Exploring. Screw questing, I'll just wander around and visit the various landmarks and find neat stuff to do.

Clothes: A mix of Guildmaster, Master Destruction robes and ancient shrouded whatever plus a dragon priest mask and various enchanted items
Armour: None
Companions: I think there's a bloke in my house in Markarth but to be honest I just ignore him and practice my pickpocket skills on him
Houses: I really like Honeyside in Riften because it's the closest to my decent fences and isn't so huge I get annoyed with it
Creatures (To kill):
Weapon (Melee): None
Weapon (Range): Magic only - incinerate is my favourite. Love watching them all burn...
Activity to do, besides Killing, or Questing: I'm a bit like queen - I like to see how many people I can murder in a city and make it look like an accident. I went to one remote-ish hut with hunters in it, killed them all and then killed some bears nearby, dragged the corpses of the bears into the hut and made it look like a bear attack. Utterly pointless, I know, but fun all the same. Although not so fun when an Elder Dragon turned up outside, blocked me and killed me.

Guess ill say mine..

Clothes: "Clothes" I actually like them the best..
Armour: Fur Armour, Yeyah! Love it, with forsvwon boots
Companion: Hmm.. Serene I guess.. I kinda get annoyed with companions
House: I've only had one house :o I think ill go buy a new house now actually..
Creatures: Dragon, so bad ass, you never get to fight dragons in any other game..
Melee: Skyforge axe or sword..
Range: I like the steel crossbow.. or maybe a long bow..
Activity: I like to explore and just find random stuff and activities along the way.. Meet randoms, make friends or enemies.. Or act like the town drunk and punch everyone :D

Clothes: V see below V
Armour: Full dragon scale (legendary - that i made myself;))
Companions: None (had the vampire chick from the DLC for the longest time)
Houses: Honeyside i think its called...? (the house in Riften)
Creatures (To kill): Any thing human, animals are boring to fight
Weapon (Melee): Dragon bone sword (legendary - I only switch to it if enemy get too close, which is rare cus im a bow user )
Weapon (Range): Dragon bone bow (legendary - glass arrows for the most part/dragon bone arrows for ancient dragons and dragon priests)
Activity to do, besides Killing, or Questing: Selling all my treasure, making arrows, Making new potions (that i also just sell)

Armour: Theives Guild one (because it ups your encumberance) plus Dragon Preist mask cant remember what else my character is wearing.
Companions: Serana though I had Mjoll the Lioness for ages
Houses: I tend to use the Mages Quarters more than my houses
Creatures (To kill): Anything person shaped (Orcs/Elves/Vampires etc) as I agree with Aions
Weapon (Melee): Skyforge Steel Sword (Superior)
Weapon (Range): Ebony Bow or the Auriels Bow
Activity to do, besides Killing, or Questing: Stealing things, Searching for new lotions to explore or crafting things to sell.

Clothes: muffled boots
Armour: topless fur armour
Companions: Meeko & that housecarl chick from whiterun
Houses: breezehome
Creatures (To kill): draugr, falmer, skeletons, trolls.
Weapon (Melee): oghma infinium, the orc daedric hammer
Weapon (Range): oghma infinium, bow
Activity to do, besides Killing, or Questing: Pickpocketing clothes off people, rearranging bodies into sexual postions.

Clothes: Archmage Robes
Armour: Morokei, Custom enchanted dragonscale armour, enchanted ring/necklace

I would like to ammend my original post.

Clothes: Optional
Armour: Dragonscale
Companions: Brelyna Maryon (Wife)
Houses: Breezehome (storage is litterally all I care about)
Creatures (To kill): People and Dragons
Weapon (Melee): EBONY BATTLEAXE!!!!! A magnificent weapon of great and terrible power. I don't need anything but this axe (enchanted and legendary of course). I was never a fan of two handed weapons befor, but I've fallen in love with this beast. I would also like to point out that I hate the deadric battleaxe, it just looks goofy.
Weapon (Range): Joor Zah Frul! Thats dragon for "get the **** down here!"
Activity to do, besides Killing, or Questing: Necromancy, Deadra worship, Human sould harvesting, my usual blasphemys.

I would also like to add:

Race: Dunmer (Dark Elf)
Never leave home without: Notched Pickaxe
Creatures (To Spare): Nonhostile dragons. Its nice to just watch them fly around the beautiful landscapes.
Class/ Playstyle: Battlemage. Light armour, lightning, summoned minions, and an awesome battleaxe. Its anything but subtle. I don't do stealth. Which sucks because I want all the achievements but I still have the damn thieves guild and corpse worshipers nagging me to do my chores. Work in the shadows my ass.

Although, now that I think of it I have really fallen away from the whole mage part of my character build. Between mastering destruction and having enchanted equipment that let me cast for free, it was just so overpowered the game was boring. I might as well have been playing on easy with god mode. But then I found that battleaxe....

It's weird - I can beat those giant centurion master guardian things at level 58 but the dwarven sphere masters or whatever they're called are just too hardcore most of the time.

Clothes: None
Armour: Glass
Companions: Serana (She is, by far, the most interesting companion. Sad that you can't marry her...)
Houses: Jorrvaskr (Its free if you become a werewolf!)
Creatures (To kill): Dragons
Weapon (Melee): Daedric Sword (I love swords, and the Daedric sword is simply beautiful)
Weapon (Range): Thunderbolt (I'm a goddamn Battle Mage. Fear me!)
Activity to do, besides Killing, or Questing: Running across the scenery. Jumping up mountains. Falling off mountains. And the occasional smithing and enchanting.
