Like if you type colour does it say color?

Did you know?: Alot of Brits give us 'muricans crud because our pints are smaller, but we still call them pints. Actually, Brits use an Imperial pint from the 1800's, pints in America are based off the 1700's standard. And infact, the actual international name for Football is called HandCancer.

To anwser your actual question, no spellcheck does not recommend English spelling it gives us the american version, which sucks major balls and in fact I want to smack bill gates in the face with a keyboard for this simple fact as I now have no idea if I'm writing English English or..... American 'English'

As to your other er. Handcancer? You lost me.

Are you high right now?
Just being dumb, but to explain I had just got out of a 200 post debate on Halo 4, and was exasperated.
At "HandCancer" I sort of began to question Zarkes sanity
Because you can't use your hands!

I was just angry with spellcheck, I'm American but I say colour, so I was wondering how you guys felt.

As for my sanity I haven't spake with anyone on here for weeks, wanted to stir things up a bit. I can't believe you guys forgot how I used to type on here!

Is American even a language? Aside from the painful spelling atrocities and occasional lack of connectives in sentences, it's still English, right?

It's English. People have been complaining about its destruction for centuries. It's the hardest language to learn, and the most spoken.

Jussssst pointing out that American English is easy as **** to learn because only douchebags enforce the rules.

For most Americans, "American" English consists of "okay, eliminate excessive 'u's and 'e's when ya spell and vaguely pronunciate the words right and make sure we know who's talking bout who grammatically, and we're cool, capisce?"

Hey atleast we ain't all Russell Brand about it.

All I know is, Spellcheck always renders 'dialogue' into 'dialog', which I hate. It just doesn't look right. I think that spelling is actually remnant of Roosevelt's Simplified Spelling movement.

That's not all it's judging you on...:steve:
