I think the makeup available in shops rotates or something, but, for example, I haven't seen the 'Traditional Makeup' in any of my shops yet, and buying it from yours would save me digging or waiting for it to stock in my shops xD

You have to wait for it to become available in the game, for example, I think you need to buy all the other dye packs with guild seals before it will appear in your gift queue, or something like that :P
