Besides cost and color, the Elite comes with the headset and wireless adapter (I think)
Mine was used at GameStop (it's a Pro, and was $170)
I do have an Ethernet cable, but it would have to stretch across my game room, living room, hallway, and through my computer room into my router. And I don't think Ethernet cables that long.
