  • Basically, I rang them like 20 minutes ago and they said to insure me was costing to much and the best they could offer was a saturday job but then I'd have to work more.

So I was like "LOL K".

I might see about applying for a Disney store that's coming... I'll get to be around all ages of children. :shifty:
Turns out the summer job thing might not be going ahead... Dammit. I need some cash. I get £40 a month for doing nothing but... I want more.

On a side not, I found something for you!

I was only there for a weekend with my mother.

During college I'm getting a job. I've already got a summer job planned. Yay.
I think I'm going to Glastonbury next year... Getting a car... Amsterdam after college. Work flatout for 6 months and then I'm travelling. I come back and work my ass off as an Accountant.. Hopefully, then I'll get a flat/apartment in either America or Japan to work in the games industry.

    F**k yeah.

I know for a fact it wont go to plan.
Last year. They were in a black bag and I bought them from a black guy.

    They were... Different. But nice.
    Chilli Heatwave <3

When I was in Amsterdam, there were this really weird flavour Doritos. I can't remember what they were called.
Yeah. I might walk down to the corner shop and get a large pack of Doritos and 2 or 3 monsters...

Later though. I cbf right now. Might play some Pokemon! YYEAAAHAHH!!
Don't worry. When my brother-in-law was out in Germany, he drank around 6 cans of Monster before lunch. When he got home, he'd drank around 8 and was shaking. Quite funny, actually. He went through like £100 of Monster a week.
Weeeeeeell, I should be asleep. But my retarded friends sent me a text, you know one of those ones that you forward onto people, saying that I had to grow a beard as long as England were in the world cup.
Alright xD She got on, and posted. So now you can go look. Hah. Your suspense is now gone, eh?
    Hi mate,

I've bought two Dell laptops in the past (one gaming one for me and a casual/work one for the wife) and both are now on their way out. Performance has just degraded so much, so quickly that I wouldn't buy from Dell again. Tech support wasn't bad but they charge an arm and a leg. I am never going to buy another laptop again - unless it's a Macbook Pro. I wouldn't buy another one for gaming anyway. My Dell laptop ran as hot as hell even on day 1 when I was gaming.

    Never again.

Before going out and buying a GPU, even a £40 one, you'd need to really check to see if it's compatible or not. I'd say your current CPU is going to really hold back your GPU unless you get one that's like 3 years old, and even then it probably won't be that much better than the GPU you currently have.

I'd definitely recommend building your own PC; it's cheap as chips when compared to purchased a retail PC. If you live near my neck of the woods I'd even be happy to lend a hand. I'm constantly upgrading the flip out of my current PC (about to order another 4GB of RAM and possibly upgrade the CPU to a hexa-core) and it kinda becomes a hobbie after a while... a ruddy expensive one, mind!

Also, yeah, you can upgrade your memory on al laptop but your warranty will be instantly voided. The second you break the warranty seals and catch a glimpse of your laptop's innards then Dell has the right to say "Lol! On your bike son!" if ever you need support. Also, I've never tinkered with the insides of a laptop before so I wouldn't want to offer any advice on the matter - I know I'd old brick the thing!
    A draw.

If we can't beat America, if we qualify, we'll stand no chance.

    How we didn't win at least 2 - 0 I'll never know.
    'Allo!

'Fraid not, no. Not all PCs can run any graphics card. It very much depends on your motherboard, CPU and power supply. If you have a slowish CPU then it'll hold back your graphics card's full potential and will mean it won't perform nearly as well as it could do.

If you knew for certain that the next graphics card you wre to get would work and run just fine then all you'd need to do to install it is:

    1. Uninstall the drivers for your old GPU
    2. Remove your GPU from your motherboard
    3. Insert the new GPU and turn on your PC
    4. Install the new drivers

Off the top of my head I can't really think of any cheapy GPUs that would do the job. I think you'd really need to be looking at £80+ ideally. Also, what resolution would you be gaming at?

How comfortable would you be at removing your computer case's panel? I could tell you if you needed a new power supply or not if you can get a good look at it (they almost always have the maximum wattage output printed on it)

I'm not a super-duper, know-it-all, expert on PCs but my advice would be to out the lot and build a new one. Judging by your current PC specs it tells me you've got a comp that wasn't really designed for modern gaming. If you wanted to run Fable 3 on PC then I'd say you'd probably need to purchase some new components:

Motherboard - £80-£140 (depending on what kind of expansion and future proofing you might want)
    CPU - £120-£140
    GPU - £130
    4GB RAM - £115
    650w power supply

But if you're only fancying a PC that can handle Fable: TLC then you can defo get away with a hell of alot less. In fact, it's worth a gamble just buying Fable: TLC and seeing how it performs for you as-is. I bought Fable: TLC for PC off Amazon.co.uk about two months ago for £6.
