Yeah, I did. I kept forgetting to reply in the thread and was busy today.
She said from the looks of it, his hair was done with a razor (the kind for hair), you'll have to wash your hair thoroughly using whatever conditioner you normally use. You'll then need to do the cutting of the hair while it is still wet in order for it to work (doesn't need to be dripping wet, just wet). Divide the hair with a comb from bottom to top and work your way from the bottom of the hair to the top of the head with the razor. A fine-toothed comb is necessary for lifting sections of the hair at an angle (45 degrees she says), and the razor is to be used to slice the hair along the length of the comb at the same angle.
She highly recommends that you just go to your local hairdresser and show them the picture you want, rather than following directions through text as it's difficult for her to properly explain in written form.
