Ok, I have to say this is probably my favorite thing to do in Fable 3. I love approaching a gnome and waiting to dispatch it at the exact moment upon which it makes the second half of its joke, therby hearing it say something like "screw you!" as it fades into gnome hell.

Indeed, "Kidnapped" seems to be the only quest that isn't available once you embark upon Aurora. There may be others that become unavailable as well as that one, but I haven't found any so far.
