  • I hate religion - honestly, I do. All those dumbass rules that people have made up to keep the little guy in line - not one scrap of it was meant to come about yet that's man for you. Always ready to make life harder to make himself richer. The only things I follow are the things which I know benefit me, rather than restrict me, such as no sleeping around - been there, done that, did me no favours. So I stopped - same with getting wasted all the time.

What aspects of spirituality, then? Genuinely curious, promise I'm not trolling :p
You probably would have enjoyed it  It was a very detailed description of him - or whatever character he intended - having sex with some girl...it's like he watched a bunch of really bad American porn and typed out the script on the forum. I'm not at all surprised that it wasn't reported

Well, if heaven is snowy - and it better be - you'll need to do some deathbed converting real quick so you can come and play in it...
Sounds good to me...some nice snow and very little in the way of hot, hot sun to ruin it for me :D
It should be - it's just a shame the snow came at a time when this country has zero money  Apparently just yesterday cost our economy over 1 billion pounds in lost revenue...sucks to be employed, I guess.

I remember the last time we had a crap-load of snow back in '91 (goes into old lady reminiscing mode) and that was awesome...I just want winters to be winters and summers to be summers - not this year-round not hot and not cold crap we get now. Time was you could tell the seasons apart - these days they merge into one nondescript ball of blah-ness...
lol - no change there then

He's a summer bunny - when it's cold and dsnowy he gets all miserable and grumpy so I guess the only good thing about the summer months is that he stops frowning all the time...

I hope Jessica stops being a miserable git about snow - it's not like we get it often and at some point we'll be heading over to Russia for christmas with my dad and step-mum which will involve a lot of skiing to get to their house, so she's going to have to suck it up and get on with it soon enough.

Apparently 6 million people didn't make it to work yesterday because of the weather - methinks about a hundred of them had a legitimate excuse and the rest were just too busy builing snowmen to even bother trying to get to work
People are selfish, aren't they? There you are, lying in bed, at death's door, and they all sod off and leave you to your fate. And no snow to boot! It's just wrong, is what it is...so wrong...

Families are very inconsiderate, I feel. They should have ensured you were well protected against their hideous germs but instead they insisted on breathing the same air as you and look what's happened? If you were in America I bet you could sue them for this.

Well, Jessica likes the idea of snow but she hates being cold and she was bordering on hysterical yesterday when we went to the field to play - I ended up handing over my coat, gloves and even my socks to help keep her warm but she still cried like a baby and we had to take her home. Hopefully the next kid will take more after me and want to be in the snow all the time - then Jessica and Steve can sit at home together scowling at the sky and complaining about the cold whilst me and the other one go out to play :D
Ew - poor you. I always do everything I can to avoid stomach bugs and mostly get away with it, being the antisocial little blighter that I am - one thing I can't deal with is sick - especially other peoples'. When Jessica is sick, which is thankfully very rarely, I have to get someone else to handle it all. I'm a terrible mother

The snow yesterday was amazing - about 10cm fell and we went out coz school was shut and played in it for hours. Jessica hated it though because she prefers hot weather. I think I might disown her for that, you know...

Today it's mostly frozen over and is damn slippy out there but there might be more on the way - good old Siberian weather, eh? I spent the entire day grinning like a maniac yesterday because I just can't help but smile when it's snowing :D :D

So are you being looked after or are all your family leaving you to your misery?
Oh, I have the online sex scam as well...just don't advertise it quite as much as I ought to

Meh, I'm ok - best thing happening at the moment is all the snow everywhere - it makes me so happy to see it all white and cold out there :D...other than that, I'm still much the same. But hoping that any day now it'll stop and I can eat myself stupid once more. Still, at least I won't put on as much weight as I did with Jessica - with her I could eat for England throughout and put on about 3 stone. Took years to work it off...I don't intend to get that big again
[sage nod] Ah, boredom, the greatest reason to do anything.

Plus, you now made me want to go back and finish the Projectego.net flag I started.
You could always pretend to sell your body - set up a little free site with an anonymous IP, post some filthy pics of some random hot woman and get prospective clients to hand over their credit card details before an automated message pops up saying "sorry, there has been an error with your card. Please try again/later" - but you've already swiped their cash. Rinse and repeat. :D
Well I hope they don't do that. Times are hard, and jobs are fewer to come by. Hope things get better for you.:(
Well I've been told that the crappier I feel the more it means that things are progressing as they should - plus I'm under the care of two hospitals, a consultant and a midwife so they are keeping a closer eye on me given what happened last time. To be honest, I just want to eat a freakin' meal without hurling it back up again...:(

Hmm...I see your dilemma. Have you thought about good old fashioned thieving? Or perhaps selling your body?
Thanks - getting fat, feeling crap and it's so far been horrendous. But on the plus side, I've not had anything nasty happen just yet like last time so hopefully when I have my first scan in a couple of weeks things will be ok...all planned and that - just didn't think it would be this quick

Thing is, you could suggest France but they'll still want to go when it's baking hot and there's no chance of sitting indoors scowling at the sunshine...what is it with parents and "nice sunny holidays"? What you need is a fake illness which means you have to stay home whilst they all go away...then as soon as they are gone, book a flight to wherever seems the most appealing to you and away you go :D
I go lobster-red too...curse my natural blonde-ness!! The sun just makes me cranky - my idea of holiday hell is sitting on a beach. I'd rather be where it snows and drinking hot chocolate than cooking like bacon on the sand...

Pills are a no-no, sadly. One of the drawbacks of my current condition...long story short, I'm pregnant. I don't remember feeling this awful when I was having Jessica though...this is horrible...
Well, so long as he's also not sporting several stingrays, he should be ok...nah, you'll get the usual "I've been travelling it was awesome I slept in a ditch" rubbish and then he'll hopefully snap out of it and be normal again.

Rain is nice - camping in the rain is even better. Makes a really nice sound...something pretty special about what the less-cultured amongst us call "bad weather". If it's that bad, why is it so nice and pretty?? Rain doesn't give you skin cancer. Neither does snow. But the sun? Root of all evil....

Good grief I hate feeling sick...hasn't stopped all freakin' day...
Same here - the idea is nice, but if it ever became reality I'd expire on the spot. I like my cold weather too much...

Shame about your friend though - still, four months is better than permanently leaving. I've got a friend with the travel bug who goes for about 8-12 months at a time to random places around the world so I hardly get to see her. She's going to miss seeing the next mini-me when he/she arrives coz she'll be in Thailand or wherever doing weirdness with diving schools...
Meh, not bad - not great but not bad. A few more weeks of sickness and then *hopefully* it'll pass...then I'll just be fat

EDIT - selfish cow, I'm sorry - how are you doing?
