1000/1000 Halo Reach

Anyone Else done this yet? i just got it tonight got to lieutenant

Full Gamerscore for the entire Halo series (the ones that have achievements) seems nearly impossible to me. I've got around 18 out of 49, or something. That is, if memory serves well. I guess I don't have that many because I don't play Halo online much, and neither do I play it on Legendary as that's simply too hard.

Thanks man its took me a while to do it but it was worth it. No armour or anything . I have 1000/1000 on all halo games accept wars which i dont consider a true halo game as it wasn't made by bungie.

I'm 4 short but only because I dont have gold at the moment. Score attack achievement, upload a file to your share, reach captain, and buy something at lt colonel.

i've got halo 3 100% with the original 49, and i've got most of the additional ones too (think i'm missing like 2).
Reach i have 46/49. just gotta finish solo legendary and rank up to Lt. Colonel for the rest of 'em.

how you managed to sit and rank up that far is beyond me.

Not Really. A halo game is not a strategy poorly executed on the xbox. It was a bad game.. I tyred to like it but couldn't see what was "halo" about it.

I've watched a lot of videos of Halo Wars, and to be honest, I didn't think anything of it was enjoyable and "halo". The cutscenes were the only real nice thing about it, with the addition of it being incredibly HD.

No, I don't usually like RTS games, but I thought Halo Wars was great. It was an interesting take on the Halo universe, and frankly, alot better than some of the other Halo games. You claim to dislike repetition but you're blinded by the fact that Halo is one of the most repetitive game series ever. Did they really change anything from Halo 1 to Halo 3? No.

Interestingly enough, Halo: Combat Evolved (aka Halo 1), was supposed to have been a RTS but due to the success of their Marathon franchise Bungie decided to make it a FPS.

Yes, Maps, Graphics, Story. The halo wars has awfull gameplay and voice acting. I hated that game with a passion. But each to there own opinion. Most of the halo fans will agree halo wars was awfull.

Not so. 343 Industries will have overwatch of the franchise, not Ensemble. Given what happened with halo wars I doubt they will go for another RTS, maybe a third person shooter is in the future.

I didn't see much change from Halo 3 to Reach in terms of gameplay... Shoot 4 times in the head and beatdown. Rinse and repeat.

But congrats on the 1000. I on the other hand traded in Reach to get FIFA 11 for 97p

i found it to be a lot harder. in halo 3, it usually became charging at people head on with the best precision you can and meleeing to decide the winner. with reach, it's harder to melee. there's no charge on it, so you have to get right next to them to do it. also, even if your timing is perfect they can punch you at the same time which evens the playing field every time. then it's a race to see who can pull off a headshot or a second melee first.

plus the armor abilities spice it up a bit more.
much more chaotic (in a good way) if you ask me.

Only need the "Make it Rain" Achievement and have been so for a couple of weeks now - just can't stop playing those puzzle games people make using Forge =D

Who finished Halo Rach and immediately stated up Halo: Combat Evolved?

I'm actually not a huge fan of HALO. I only bought Reach because all my friends are playing it.
