I cannot find the option to cancel my gold membership anywhere. Help please. If it's right in front of my face, please point it out.

Why would you want to cancel it? Just let it expire and dont renew it.

In your Xbox menu, go to your gamertag, then find something along the lines of an option thing, then go to accounts and billing, or something like that, and explore from there. Sorry if I can't be any more help, my xbox still has an overheating problem.

Does not allow the option to cancel, only upgrade.
