I love the retro feel to it, takes me back to those logos in the 1970s. But I I don't like the text effects, the bevel/emboss/inner shadow (whichever) just doesn't look right. What if you made the text flat instead? Maybe use the Impact font.

It also looks a little too simple, like it's missing some more (something) to make it look more complete.

Looks nice i think the only thing i dont like is the 3d text were as the backround looks 2d.

I will work on the text,maybe flat text will look better.
