an anti-social question

i know this kind of defeats the perpos of xbox live, but is there any way (besides unhooking it from the back) to be loged into xbox live but not apear availible to play with to your friends? dont get me wrong, i like playing with you all, but sometimes id just like to be left alone to work on acheivments.

That was random and had nothing to do with the topic.

As for the question; I don't believe XBL has an offline mode. Just unplug the internet connection; it will say it cannot connect but you will still signed in to the gamer profile. Your gamer score will be adjusted next time you log on.

More Specific =

Push Middle XBOX Button. Go To the Right twice I think, Go Preference then go Online Status then click Offline, Away, Bust whatever you like for the Xbox Live part.

^ I Knew where the Edit button but it doesnt make much difference because im not spamming useless crap but helping someone and this thread doesnt matter anymore so their was really no point in saying that.

Double posting IS against the rules. I just don't see why the edit button couldn't have been used instead.
