As we have had a Zero Punctuation thread going for some time I thought we should have an Angry Joe thread too as I have always enjoyed his reviews too.

Starting with his latest reviews of TitanFall & Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes

LetsPlayTitanfall_1280-copy_medium.jpg

Angry Joe & Other Joe battle each other with Titans in this review of Respawn Entertainments newest FPS, Titanfall!

What you'll like...
Tight well-crafted intense multiplayer action.
It has friggin' Titans battling alongside infantry!
Cool Universe.
Addictive quick format lends itself well to just one more match syndrome.
Great use of Parkour & Jetpack Infantry Movement!

What you'll Hate...
Multiplayer Campaign is bare bones & nearly non-existent.
Nearly no extra's or customization that we've come to accept from multiplayer online shooters. This is Next-Gen?!
No Private Matches, Lobbies or Anti-cheat systems of any kind!?! (though Anti Cheat system is coming in an update they have announced)
PC version has connectivity issues (Origin Tokens?)
Potential of Universe is wasted & left unexplored on a throw-away storyline.

Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes is an impressive game but an extremely poor value & sets a very dangerous precedent. Unacceptable! Kojima is better than this.

What you'll like...
Great teaser level for the main course.
Superb Stealth & Action Gameplay.
Impressive Visuals with Seemless Cutscenes.

What you'll Hate...
An extremely poor value for $30, 1 hour main story, with 1-2 more in side missions.
How it really should have been included in MGSV: The Phantom Pain.
How other companies may follow this game example.

I like Angry Joe a lot but I wish his reviews didn't get so needlessly long and meandering. It's to the point where it seems like each successive review is longer than the last.

I love Joe his reviews are gold. Been watching him for years now.
For people who don't know Joe it's when he reviews bad games that's what makes him special. One of his funny videos here.

I can understand that as some are nearly 30mins long but I have to say that he does go into much more detail than some reviewers I have seen.

He hasnt done any new ones lately and is working on some currently so I shall post 2 more older ones.

Gotta agree with Noctus there, he's definitely going to have to start better condensing his reviews so they can be more to the point. As much as I love Joe, it's only a matter of time before he's unable to contain whipping out a 60-min review.

On a side note.. >.> I wonder if anyone remembers when Angry Joe was here before he started getting big.

I've been watching him since his Fable 2 review, but he was always big. Actually one of the reasons I watch his reviews is because they are longer then most. When a good review comes out I'll actually make a bag of popcorn.

I quite like that they are so long and detailed, could do with maybe making a point a little faster on some parts and shortening overall videos but overall its better than condensing whole games to 5 min reviews.

I mentioned the other day how he was registered here in the early days.
