Anyone else had this?

So I spent like half an hour retexturing stuff, and guess what? IT DIDNT SAVE!!! It showed up when I clicked "Save" (like I saved again, it was there, and asked me if I wanted to replace it). So I did, and its still not visible. Anyone else have this frustration? :'(
