I've finished the arena but i wanted to buy the 'Bright plate' set but at the time had no money
Why can't i get back in?
help me!!!!!

Don`t worry, there are other places where you can buy it. I think in Oakvale... the armor is not lost for you.

does anyone know EXACTLY where to get 'Bright Plate' armour? and why can't i get into the arena?

You can not get back into the Arena to buy stuff. You will be allowed back in later, but the shopkeeper will be dead.(if you have FTLC)
You can buy the gloves and shirt from a wandering trader(the one that sells Master Weapons), you can buy the boots and pants from the Knothole Glade blacksmith.

As i am a will user, is it worth wearing the will robes? (whether its dark or bright) Because you end up sacrificing defense that you would receive from armor. And does the will robes ACTUALLY give magic defense?

i do just for looks though because i couldnt think of much that even attacks with mage next to jack of blades...

yea also, if u want dark plate u can buy from twinblades camp right away, like 20k....then the light plate, im not entirely sure because i always get anea lol, but im betting knothole glade sells, along with hook coast

you cant get back in. but, the wandering traders of witchwood sell half the set, and the wandering traders in greatwood/darkwood sell the other half.
