im sure he will only be held until the initial trial is over. if your unlucky it might boil down to a misdemeanor or community service

He called me last night at 3. Told me he was getting transferred someplace else, and he didn't know if he was getting out. Everything's okay now. ^_^ He's home safe. I'm ganna go sleep. :lol: Long night.

An eight year old warrant means one of two things:
Case will get tossed out on the basis that he's not a kid anymore, or that the offense has passed it's statute of limitations; or
Justin did something way serious eight years ago.
Nah. All of my visits to jail included a 4-star luxury single-person suite fit for a prime felon. I even had my own restroom. Of course, things might be different in whateverpartoftheworld§ephilivesin.

Umm... yea, I know someone who was in jail. He was jailed with a whole bunch of people who did some crappy things.

I hate the cops, they act so high and mighty. They pull you over for no reason, then jail you.
