What does the silver "Contributor" thigny under a few peoples names mean? I know what the gold one means but what about this one?

So far we only have one and id actually forgotten what the rank was used for having never given it out myself. Was introduced 2 years ago and seems it was forgotten about so we would have to have a talk and see what the parameters would be between the staff.

Because there are currently 2 more grades needed to make a final assessment and average needed for a grade maybe?
