That question has been asked like 3 times now.

For the record I asked it first >.>

I bet even Angel raged. Admit it, Angel, you care, because you're English and you love football. Don't try and say otherwise or I'll loose faith in mankind and loose my reason to live.

Re: Ask The Staff 'Anything'

I didn't get angry, I feel really bad for the guy's bad luck at making a mistake during such a crucial game.

The picture of his fumble was on the front page of every newspaper the following morning, his reputation is tarnished forever. Think of his family and friends.

@Staff: Do you worry at night that the forums will fall into mayhem and chaos and flames while you sleep soundly?

Perhaps if we were invaded by a thousand marauding spambots but then it wouldnt have fallen into chaos and flames as much as viagra and penis enlargement ads.

Step 3. Purchase both.

Alternatively...

Step 1. Wait for Fable 2 to be released for PC
Step 2. Purchase it.

dear staff, i'm rather disappointed with certain aspects of final fantasy 13. namely the horribly linear gameplay and how a game that is 3 cds long manages to be shorter than some 1 cd games. also every character is a ripoff of a character from other final fantasy games...

throw in a garbage storyline that forces you to read up in the games log to have any idea what's going on, and how the characters and their gear don't level up (excluding weapons) and you may understand why i'm feeling rather robbed.

what should i do to relieve stress, and do you agree with me in the case that you've played it? :(

Id heard many with the same opinion, however Final Fantasy has always been linear im surprised it has seemed to get more linear as time goes on though. Seems to be more about looking pretty than being a really good RPG with a good well written story these days. Last one i enjoyed was FFX personally.

Aww, they're just bitter that we... tied them.

Also, I find it entertaining that the UK and all these other people care so much about the World Cup. I can't think of any international sport that the US really gives a rat's ass about-- it's our internal sports we obsess over, and even then not many ****ups are going to be national news.

I mean, a ****up that lead to a tie being on the front page of a bunch of national papers? Not going to happen. Probably not even a crushing defeat'd be worth it.

That being said, I haven't looked at the Washington Post, so who knows, maybe this goalie's ****up made it.

^I never got that article. Makes no bloody sense.

That's only because you're too self-centered and too proud to admit ****ups/defeats.

Nah, we still love you.

First of all, who in the hell is Green?

Football = YAWN for me. We don't have TV, so I didn't see the match. Nor did I care. Nor will I ever. We haven't won in 44 years - I can't see it suddenly happening for us now and even if it did, it serves no greater purpose. Footballers are overpaid, oversexed and ought to be ashamed of themselves for not growing up and getting a proper job that actually matters.

/rant over.

Sure we are. If, say, the 'Skins lost a championship game because Suisham (I know he plays for Dallas now, but bear with me) missed a twenty-yard field goal, it'd be all over the Washington Post and the local papers. But it probably wouldn't show up in the New York Times.
