Meh, it's been better. It's got to that dull ache stage which I'm used to so I'm taking the plunge and venturing outside today to have lunch with a friend. Going ice skating tomorrow so expect to be in mortal agony afterwards....:lol:

Nope, but Jessica's never been before and Steve assures me he is very good at skating so I'm relying on him to not let me fall down. I'll just do what I usually do when skating - cling to the side, scream loudly that I'm going to die and then go home again. Should be fun.
