What music evokes strong memories in the rest of the staff?

Pantera, Metallica, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Korn, Disturbed, & Slipknot most of which were my introduction into Nu-Metal (besides the obvious) really after being brought up on the likes of Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Motorhead, Alice Cooper and Guns & Roses amongst others. Evolved my taste to what it is today pretty much.

Did you miss me?

Of course, wondered where you had been all this time and had to keep reassuring people you would return someday.

I enjoy Ambient, Downtempo, Left Field, Electronica, Hip-Hop, Progressive Trance, Heavy Metal, 80s Hair Metal, 80s Synth-Pop & New Wave, Disco, etc. I'll listen to pretty much anything except for Disney's teen stars and the mainstream from this decade.

At the moment, I've been getting back into Ultramarine (90s), Pantera, Ozzy Osbourne (80s), TLC, Whitesnake, Front 242, Eurythmics, Propaganda (amazing group that was short-lived), and a bunch of others. Have also been continuing with my collection of 60s-80s Japanese Pop/Rock, good stuff.

Probably 78. I do love the Asian women and their exotic beauty, but I'm more in the 90s when it comes to the Asian cultures, it's all just so fascinating to me.

Gikoku, what are your thoughts on the Visual Kei Movement in Japan, a follower or disdain for the mainstream hijacking?

I didn't mind it back in the 80s when bands like Motley Crue & Twisted Sister were doing it with their big hair, feminine looks, and semi to full cross-dressing. Still don't mind it to this day, but it's not something I'd ever be apart of. Doesn't interest me all that much. It's a trend which has evolved over the years and trends come and go, it's only a matter of time before it goes again.

In my opinion, there are more disturbing movements out there than men with androgynous aesthetics. Such as the Kogal movement that's been going on in Japan, which has only brought harm, trouble, and severe stupidity.

I guess it would be when I was around 8, played Runescape with a friend using Dial-Up connection, my dad always got ****ed because he couldn't call. I am sure I used it before then, I just cannot remember.
