Ok, i found bright plate legs and boots but i cant find the torso or gloves. I was told you find it from a traveler but i can't. Does anyone know what area do you find the traveler who sell it?

The guy that sells the Master weapons sells the top of the suit. He can be found most often in Greatwood Teleport and Witchwood Lake, at least in my experience.

You can buy the whole set when entering the Witchwood arena

Well i cant get to snowspire because my Xbox has screwed up my game and i have already beat the arena

Then yeah, keep leaving and re-entering Greatwood Enterence until you find the trader that sells it. He will eventually show up.
