Cannot find Library! error message!

PROBLEM: when i try to save mods and run game the usual press ok when ur done comes up, the cannot find splash.exe comes up (never has found it), and the ERRORR CANNOT FIND LIBRARY!!!!!!!

story of my life:
Yesterday i downloaded fable tlc and started playing. then i was like hey i should mod this. so i went and came here. became a fan instantly. learned the tools of the trade and modded the **** out of the game. i played it for like 8 hours went to bed woke up went to school and now it doesnt work

I REALLY WANNA PLAY so help me all you pros

Um... I think FE works best on installed games.

Or maybe its your OS.

Whats your OS.

i have the game fully installed
and installed properly
i just downloaded it semi-legally off of isohunt.com

Then try running Fable and FE (fable Explorer) in Admin mode

I am an admin on my computer
unless you mean theres some hidden admin mode in FE

YYYYYYYYEEEEEEAAAAAHHHHHH REINSTALLING WORKED AND CAUSE I MOVED THE FILES TO THE NEW FOLDER I GOT MOST OF MY MODS BACK TOO!!!!!!!!
