i just fort of a great idea

capes!!!
i was wondering if maby someone could make a cape for me
ideas:
maby you could make a speshal top like plate or maby use the quiver cus usally
archers were capes and u could use it with all the tops ty hope someone makes it

Being realistic, a modder could really use a lot more than a screenshot from Oblivion to go by. No textures or anything?

Asking them to make one from scratch, again being realistic, isn't going to happen.

It isn't possible. If you did, it would just stick in one place and look awful. It wouldn't be able to move. So no, it isn't really possible.
