that's very fishy (phishy?).

now in regard to your music, 8 and 16 bit music has never been my thing. i've found people who obsess over it to be people who just can't accept that those consoles have been replaced by more powerful machines, so they listen and obsess over it and cry because their videogames now have not only more detail, but an extra dimension.
not that those old games are bad. but listening to their soundtracks? honestly?

so no. i can't say i found it enjoyable. maybe someone else here will.
 
I started listening to it and thought "Well this isn't so bad, I wonder why the others didn't like it so much".

But then I realised that it didn't go anywhere, and you used the same riff from the beginning to the end - it had potential but it's too repetitive, I was expecting it to escalate towards the middle.
 
Maybe as some sort of title screen music for an '80s arcade game. It's a nice little motif, but it needs more.
 
Problem is it isn't really a "beat", it's a four-on-the-floor with a few generic melodies that must have been used a thousand times before with an obnoxiously bad voice to top it off.
 
It felt repetitive and cluttered. Wasn't enough variety to hold my attention. That, and it was just unpleasant to my ears.
