I bought the expansion Return to Ostagar and I was able to acquire King Chalain's armor. I've put the armor on Alistair after

I made him king.

Now I just need to know, will he die? Because I don't want to lose my DLC armor if he dies at the end. Please help.

He doesn't die, but you can lose him. The game will explain it when the point comes.

Only read this if you must know.

You will have to fight Loghain at one point and he surrenders after the fight. His daughter asks you to spare him by giving him a chance to go through the Joining ritual (he lives if you choose this) or you can deliver the killing blow. If you let him live, Alistair leaves your party and is replaced by Loghain. If you kill him, he's dead and you keep Alistair. I'm not sure if this is only when you let Alistair be king or if this happens indefinitely.

If you don't want to do the killing blow, Alistair will do it for you.

Alright I got it thanks you guys. Another questions. I've killed over 800 Darkspawn, at least, and I still don't have the achievements for it. Anyone else have this problem?

This achievement is quite glitchy... The last patch made more bugs than it has fixed.

Just keep killing and you should get it. If not, there is a patch that they're making that should fix this.

There's nothing more for me to kill because I've beaten the game and apparently I can't leave my camp unless I buy more DLC which is bullsh*t. I hadn't finished quests and I wanted to keep playing but noooo.
