I usually argue with myself all the time. I sometimes hurt my own feelings.....

I talk and sing to myself. It gets rather annoying so I tell myself to shut up but then I get into an argument with myself. I should apologize to myself one day after I've been released from the asylum...

I talk to myself a lot, it's a good way to vent or express myself without harming someone else, it's also nice to just have a smoke, take a walk and bitch at the thin air, the trees are the best listeners around, and they never have anywhere better to be. In a way it's my meditation, my zen, I go for a walk at night, listen to the crickets, feel the breeze, stare at the moon, ponder what has been on my mind, go back in and take a dump.
