Okay, that's the best screenshot I could get of the figure we see in the magnifying glass. It appears to be the hero's wife and his child right next to her. She does bear a striking resemblance to the Lady Grey of Fable II.

Lady Grey was so pretty I almost married her, regardless of me playing as a female character. Best looking character in the game, in my opinion

I have mixed feelings about her being back yet again, since it's getting kind of tiresome seeing her. But I guess if there's some interesting reason she's back, it won't be so bad.

And if you married her in fable II and had children with her (since it was able to reproduce with her, right? I never used a male character, so I didn't have a chance to marry her, so I wouldn't know.) and then you marry her again in this game and start a family, you would technically be marrying and having sex with your mother, wouldn't you? Just a random thought. ^^;

Not necessarily but at the same time, it is a possibility. After all, they never announced who the mother was but I doubt it would be Lady Grey (if they did). But yes, if that were the case, you would be... which just makes that much more hotter.

The answer lies in the post you just quoted and that's basically what CitrusKiss asked. It hasn't been stated who the mother is but if it's whoever you want it to be (or whoever you married in Fable II) then yes, there's a chance Lady Grey is your mother. In which case yes, you would be marrying and screwing your mother and possibly having inbred children with her too.
