Wouldn't Lady Grey's existence in Fable 3 be dependent on you resurrecting her in fable 2?
And even if you did wouldn't she have like some love potion thing on her for your dad or something?
And then if you were somehow Lady Grey's child, wouldn't you turn out a bit strange? Your mum being dead (or undead) and all...

Maybe if you left her dead in Fable 2, you can still resurrect her as our wife in fable 3.

Since your father/mother is dead in Fable III, one could easily assume that the potion wore off and now she is free to do as she pleases. Also, there's no reason the child would be affected due to Lady Grey's status as an undead.

Being undead means you are neither living nor dead but a mixture of the two which yes, still makes it necrophilia.
