Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion -- Modding

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone on here mods Oblivion. I'm starting to try to, I've just downloaded the Oblivion Construction Set, Blender, and NIFSkope, but for some reason, I can't open the Oblivion Construction Set... I don't have the game installed yet, but the thing said I could run it without Oblivion installed...
Anywhoo, Back on topic.

So if anyone Mods Oblivion, post your mods here! +rep if they're good!. Yummeh.

Actually, Oblivion is a very good game. Well done and there is so much to do in it.

And no, I don't mod it. My computer could never handle it.

Are you sure? Some mods are kind of smaller! Plus, if you have the construction set, you could probably make your own god weapons. Or a bow. So then you could pay that Adoring Fan back...
