I really am sorry you can't watch it. The clip is from season 7 episode 12, maybe you can find it some other way.
Brian is in a park trying to get people behind him in his effort to have pot legalized in Quahog. Stewie jumps up on stage to help him get folks attention with a funny little gay song and dance.

Its friggin funny as hell. I like their band hats
