I f its possible to have many followers I say WAR LORD! Go town to town, slaughtering all the villigers adding to your army along the way, as well as your property.

How about working through ranks of an army, when you first are recruited your a soldier, do something heroic or brave and be promoted to a captain, then win a war and be promoted to general and then be able to command your own small army.

but also a pirate, i said that a long time ago in one of the forums, you know rading other ships and towns.
that would be a lot of fun. wait, had another good idea... spy, yea that would be pretty cool

Not to be an ***hole, but a hitman is an assassin, and an assassin is a hit man. There is no difference (unless I am wildly mistaken)... and the guy immediately above you just said assassin.

i would definetly take the popular assassin job, or like a kamikaze job, wer u hav 2 like take out one whole area, or city or town. or another job would be 2 rid the world of criminal camps in the forests and stuff, like burn them down.

i would luv 2 raid other ships, that wquld be sick! go sailing and jump from one jump to another swinging on a rope with a 4 shot pistol. :D

It would be cool to be a priest.....
Be a priest at the temple of Avo and steal the gold when the others aren't looking... yeah... that'd be awesome.

They actually are slightly different; an assassin is someone who kills for more political reason or someone who is a member of an order and is told to kill someone.
A hitman usually has no affiliation with anyone but themselves and kills whoever they are hired to kill regardless of who or what they are; they're just in it for the money.
So if you were to become a hitman, you would probably get quests from the bandits. And if you become an assassin, you will probably get contracts from Skorms temple or maybe rival kings, lords, counts, what have you....
So yeah.... there would be two different jobs....Hope that clears that up.......^_^

Hmm... village idiot- a respectable career choice for the up-and-coming savior of the world. :D

What about a worker at Mages Incorporated, a place dedicated to having will-users for hire. You know, you would get commissions for helping random people do things that would require a little... magical assisstance. In a way, this would be like a twisted Mages Guild for the Fable world.

Not that I hae any more evidence than you do-- but I think you're wrong. A freelance assassin is still an assassin, contrary to your implication.

They're defined differently though.... just saying.....

Tattoo artist is a good one. It would be cool to just travel around and ink people....
And I like the village idiot idea.. that would just be too cool... no one suspects an idiot...:devil:

Village Lunatic, that I'm all for. The sworn enemy of the Village Idiots, under oath to combat them wherever they appear.

(And there actually is a difference between assassin and hitman according to the definitions. Assassin has connotations of political killings, hitman connotations of underworld killings... but those are just connotations, not actually part of the definition.)
