I GOT IT TO WORK!

the thing that was making it not work was it wasnt in the right spot. it has to be in a certain spot or it wont work so my modding days arent over =)

sorry i tested it with Albion Explorer and it worked so i thot FE would work so i posted it would but i doesnt.

BUT YOU KNOW WHATS WIERD? Fe only works on admin accounts for some reason

Well, FE only working on the Admins account is expected because it needs to have access to the Fable game files, which are located in your C: Drive. You need to be an Administrator to be able to access and change files in that drive.
