I have a few ideas, not contests really but fun games that could become contests:

"Guess The Next Poster" (Self-explanitory)

"Guess what I am thinking about" (The OP Has something he is thinking about, he writes it down so he doesn't forget, and gives ONE hint, the posters have to guess, the first oen to guess right gets lets say... 25 Rep, OP posts saying who the winner is and the winner repeats what the OP did)

And I have a few others I could do that I am too lazy to type, lemme know if you guys want to do it.

Does it have to only be MS Paint? What about Photoshop or Corel Painter?

It could be whatever I suppose, I just threw out MS paint, cause I figured the majority would have it. But yes, any photo editing service would be allowed.
