I'll admit that the voice reminded me of Jack. But I'm pretty sure that the "hooded thing," the one that was sitting up front watching and fell to his knees and all? That was the king you led out at the end. Was that what you were talking about?

Nah, I was talking about the stone thing that comes out of the ground after the minion get's killded.

I suspect that he was possessed... by something. But is black and gooey really Jack's style? I don't think so, myself. So what if it were the Shadow Court?

I think that the Shadow Court and Jack might be pretty closely linked.

... You mean the statue that came to life?

But the voice was talking before it started... admittedly, it might have shut up because it had been talking some other way, and now it was incarnated... but that thing died pretty easy for Jack of Blades.

Yes, I agree it's possible that there might be a connection between Jack and the Shadows.

I also think it's possible that this is a completely new threat.

Also, I noticed when I watched again that the Hero talks twice. As soon as they leave the king-guy asks what he sees and the Hero says "a desert." Which leads me to believe that there's pre-scripted dialog rather than verbal expressions.

EDIT: And I just went and watched some youtube videos of TLC Jack, and the voice doesn't sound quite so similar.

But after watching some videos of F1 Jack, I have to agree that Jack-as-creepy-quiet-pedophile WAS much more terrifying.

Sorry, I wasn't thinking the statue was Jack, just looks like him a tad.

I don't think Lionhead would have gone to the trouble of coming up with the whole tales of Albion/court story to just leave it there.

It looked like he fired the lightning through his gun O.o which was pretty awesome... i love the lightning/force push spell weave (if that is the combination)

Most times it is because people get caught up in the smaller details and stray from the topic, i liked the video, especially when it shows the extreme transformations..+rep
