I trust IGN's reviews much more than Gamespots and IGN scored it quite well. Never trusted Gamespot reviews since the old Kane and Lynch incident.

Yeah, Jeff. Best reviewer ever and he got fired for saying Kane and Lynch was an "ugly" game.

Gamespot were basically paid to advertise the game and he gave it a poor and honest review and was fired.

That's pretty shocking. So, he was fired for doing his job?

Kind of reminds me of something that would happen in a movie. You know, when the big boss tells him what to do and the main guy follows his instinct and does what he wants to do but suffers the consequences.

Well it gives the impression that he was fired for being honest about the game and stating its flaws and not giving the verdict he was told to give.
