Halloween Costume voting

Halloween Costume voting

In preparation for Halloween, which of these costumes should I get/make?

1. Gas Mask Anarchist
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LyeAjQg3jqE on the artwork to that album there is a man, I have everything that he is wearing at my disposal for free. Replace the Molotov for a hammer, and a few ketchup splatters on the shirt. Estimated cost: Free

2. I would dress up in a uniform that looks more or less like Pink's from 'The Wall' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FphuBPNYcWo complete with Hammer Patch, and a Hammer wrapped in red and black tape. Estimated price: $50

3. What I went as two years ago: A Cereal Killer, I had a dagger thrust through a Lucky Charm box with cereal glued on my shirt to simulate splatter. Estimated cost: $3

4. Alucard (From Hellsing) in his normal uniform, with just a generic gun. Estimated cost: $100 - 150 (But it would be lastingly epic) http://www.freewebs.com/yuekatiespictures/hs_alucard133.jpg

5. The Mysterious Man, if anyone has read my random posts in some of the RP threads, or has read some of my prose (A moving shadow, by Halloween he will have a place in a few more stories) might know him already, I would be a hunchbacked character in a black robe, some corpse paint, black fingernail polish and a dagger.

I think Alucard, as that is the only one which matches your hair.

But that is expensive, so go with the first one.

I don't see much of a point in paying that much for a Halloween costume. The cereal killer idea gave me a little chuckle though, I'd say go with that. Or, if you want some kind of smart ass costume like that, you may be interested in this: cut wholes for your head and arms in a white garbage bag, glue a bunch of dirty and torn paper plates and plastic utensils to the bag and put it on. You'd be white trash.

To be honest gimmick costumes like that are only cool if you're suitably young, as you get older it seems more obnoxious than funny.

I actually have never gone Trick-Or-Treating. In fact I've never gone out on Halloween.

Not because of my religion or beliefs but because I've never seen a point in it.

I don't understand dressing up then spending hours getting a sack full of candy,
when you can take five minutes to run to Dollar Tree and get 5 sacks of candy for
three dollars or so, oh well, I guess somewhere somehow it's amusing to people.

I'd go with the: Gas Mask.

I second the motion of Sephi and Droded: Alucard would be a very good choice. But as aforementioned, if you personally think it'll be a bit too expensive for your likes (which I think it is, but then again, never done Halloween myself), go for the least expensive option; in this case, the gas mask anarchist.
