What, Steve, don`t tell me you only now got Tib Wars 3? No, no, no...
Nah, I first played C&C3 when it came out for 360 but it just didn't feel like proper C&C without a mouse and keyboard so I only played it once in a blue moon. I completed the GDI campaign but never got round to finishing the Nod or Scrin. I managed to squeeze in a quick 15 minute skirmish on C&C3 for PC earlier and I'm really excited to get back into it after I've completed a few if the other games that I've recently started.

Yeah, pretty much. I bought a ton of other junk for myself during the run up. For those of you whom might be curious:

1. A second Radeon 5770 which is now in a crossfire config (runs Bad Company 2, Just Cause 2 and Splinter Cell : Conviction on "High" or equivalent settings at 1920x1080 at around 70-90 FPS on average). Can't wait until ATi launch the Radeon 6800 series later this year!

2. Corsair H50-1 CPU water cooling kit (currently keeping my x4 Phenom 965 ice cold and overclocked to 4GHz) and a second 1TB Samsung F3 Spinpoint hard drive which will go in a RAID 0 when it arrives.

4. Tons of cheapy DVDs.

5. DiRT 2, Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 (bought that two days ago in fact), Burnout Paradise, CoD4, Cod: WaW, Dawn of War 2, Crysis and Crysis Wars, FEAR 2, Red Alert 3, Red Faction: Guerilla, L4D, L4D2, Halo 2. I've basically sold most of my games for 360 and re-bought 'em for PC.

6. Some cheapy red CCFL lighting for my PC case... lol.

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems Steve here has been corrupted by a PC gaming virus. Or is it a curse.

In any case, we must cleanse his soul from evil in lead it down the path of salvation.

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dearest Steve,

Tonight is a night where we cherish you. Tonight is the night that we caress each and every one of your senses.

First will come the red wine that I inherited from my grandparents. They were of royal blood, and they had access to the finest wine available in the world. A royal wine to match a royal blood, quite a fitting match, no? Now it's time for you to taste it, just like they did on the date of their birth.

Then comes the dinner I have been preparing for 72 hours. The finest beef money can buy cooked with rare herbs from the mountains of Episadis (Most people don't even know it exists. It's a taste sensation you'll find nowhere else), with vegetables from the blessed gardens - blessed by the monks as a place of extreme fertility, well known for the unique taste.

And then, in that one moment of pure tranquility, as I feed you your wine and your meal... I will ask if there's anything on your mind. You'll then ask...

Where did my Xbox 360 controller go?

Happy birthday, sir.

You need An entire TB?!?!!?!?!?! Let alone 2!!!!O.o I'm barely getting my 75 GB filled up recently....

I am really fricken Jealous of you right now. I have 6 functional 360 games total, (fable 2 just broke) and 2 for pc..... 2 of my xbox 360 games were crappy last minute birthday presents that were more geared towards people like my 10 year old brother......

What are your 10 favorite games?

I'm gonna help mom shop for my gifts this year. I'll get more games and clothing that way.

I could also stop paying so much for my guitar gear. I payed about 5000 so far. and about 800 for games. and 5000 for soda.

Yeah, man. 1TB would last me forever if I wasn't capturing gameplay. I'm recording raw, uncompressed 1080p footage at 60FPS which I'd say works out to 4GB every minute. I'm serious. As soon as I'm done capturing then I fire up Movie Maker to compress those bad boys and restore some space back.

I bought the second hard drive - which will arrive tomorrow, hurrah! - originally to be set up in a RAID 0 array to help boost read/write times but I've decided to dedicate it entirely to video capturing. :o

Shame you don't live near my neck of the woods, I flogged a huge bunch of 360 games recently dirt cheap. I have a few left over which I'll be giving away (my mate from Church called dibs on a few) since there's hardly any profit left to be made selling them on.

What are your 10 favorite games?
See, I love these kind of questions; x100 rep from me.

Top 10 ever? Crikey. That's a toughie... off the top of my head:

- Shining Force
- Shining Force II
- Resident Evil games (early ones)
- Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge
- Age of Mythology
- Streets of Rage games
- Sonic the Hedgehog games
- Gears of War
- Oblivion
- Chessmaster: Grandmaster Edition
