Morrowind: varied environments, more weapons, more armour, wearing robes over armour, COOLER armour, a mix of cultures and religions within the game, more factions to join. And much better mods, if that counts.

Done.

I'm pretty sure it's an engine limitation. Even using console cheats, it wont go any higher.

It isn't, I've tried it with cheats too. Leveling your character that high can get awfully repetitive

Sorry lads. It's Oblivion > Morrowind for me. Morrowind is pretty cool, but Shivering Isles helps give Oblivion that extra edge. And the only game that I'd willing give up my jaffas for would be Shining Force.

Yeah, Shivering Isles gives that Morrowind feel, it was the first place I went after I got out of the Imperial Sewers
