I think Evil has to do with the colour of your skin and the appeal of your character in the NPCs' view. And I think Corruption has to do with the eyes and horns of your character, etc.
And yea, I do like the downward horns more. It gives more of a feeling like if your female character actually is a demon'like being.

these are the possible alignment combinations and their effects
100% EVIL/CORRUPTION = dark grey skin, green eyes, horns, scarred skin with red cracks
100% EVIL/PURITY = Pale skin color and red eyes
100% PURE/PURITY = you get a halo
100% PURE/CORRUPTION = you get really ugly and flies buzzing around you

that demon on the box does not exist, it is for commercial purposes so people can see difference between good and bad.

Evil charactrs look a lot better without blue will lines. I loved how my character looked with will lines when he was neutral but at %100 evil/corrupt it looks silly. I like how you're demon looks without those will lines.

I'm pure evil and I have no horns? I got grey skin and red glowing eyes but... no horns, I kinda like my char without horns but I'm curious about how you get them.
