How can I completely block someone forever?

I want to block DarkenedSoul (see my profile if you want to know why) so that he can never again send any messages or post on my profile again. How can I do it?

EDIT: He unblocked me to attempt to troll me back by spamming me with "hahahaha". Once he realised that was an epic fail, he blocked me again. That is a misuse of the sites capabilities.

Enough of the back and forth you two. Each of you put the other on your ignore list, and make sure you don't have the other on your list of friends/contacts. This will keep someone from contacting you.

If that's not enough, you can get in touch with staff, but careful, as I've seen them arrange a little time-out to let people cool off.

I made it so only friends and mods/admins can contact me.

Oh and by the way, you should have contacted an admin directly instead of making a thread about it, clearly drawing attention to the matter which makes you either look like you're trying to get sympathy or are simply just trying to get attention.
