Seriously wtf is wrong with you? If you don't like spoilers, maybe you shouldn't be reading a discussion forum about the game.

I thought the Golden Oak was planted on Hannah's fathers grave? near the Temple of Light

It was but the grave is not near the temple it is by the docks.
