I just realised how God damn much I want it back... would it be possible to replace Likes with good ol' reputation? Would it??

Also, at the bottom of each post, you would have ''rep reply''. it seems... odd.
Meh, I don't care either way. It might as well be 'gooserainbowcheesefridgewhattheheckisthis'. On a scale of 98,flg of course.
But my Rep was massive, and people actually cared about rep, no one marvels at a massive number of likes.
I cared about neither. I care about you.(points at the 'fourth wall' in Plüp)
The only people who cared about rep were the ones who had a lot of it. I did prefer it to likes though. It was always nice going to my page and seeing that I had a new post repped, and reading the little message someone left.
Lets hold hands and sit in a circle and talk about how much we miss the rep system.
I don't think any one system is better. The special feature of the rep system included messages, but I didn't care about that. So... Personally I actually prefer the like system, since it's even easier to use. Also, you can unlike things. In case you decide you don't really like it. I have used that feature, yes.
You should just think more carefully before you go handing out rep willy nilly.

Rep would only return with vBulletin, which I still think is far superior to this current style.
I do agree that vBulletin's layout seems better, but I'd be happy enough if the current layout was altered so it feels more comfortable. I have no problem with everything else.

The only reason I liked my rep was because it made me feel important. Kind of like a job I worked real hard at to get promoted. And then all of a sudden it was all taken away. I like..the likes. Because I'm a like whore, and I pretty much like everything.
I just kind of wish we had both.
