Quite easy. Everything still died in one headshot. If you run with the DMR and Plasma Pistol you can kill most things in seconds.

Hunters were a pain in the arse though.

Yeah thank Cthulhu for immortal friendlies. You could just have whatever Spartan accompany you tank the thing and sneak up on them when they're not paying attention to you.
