listen dont get me wrong i love all the fables i think there amazing i love fable 1 and 3 and fable 2 was oka but i still liked it but fable 4 what the heack 1. u need to stop goin forward in time so much and go back in time o and its goin to be for kinect????what the hell who wants to get up and play a game im sorry but if its only for kinect and not for a controler than its gonna suck so f u ur not goin to ruin this awsome game wat the heack 1. fable 4 is to modern 2. kinect sucks no one wants to stay in a little box 3 u will ruin the awsome game u created i hope your happy!!!!!!!!!!

Fable: The Journey is not Fable 4 its a spinoff title and its apparently based 50 years after Fable III (same as Fable III was from Fable II). Whereas Fable II was based 500 years after Fable so 50 year gaps isnt that much really.

Yeah but is he really telling the truth about it being only interactive with the kinects? I find that a little hard to believe unless they are going to offer it as a bundle pack with every kinect 360. There are too many of us out there with the old white box. If its only for the kinects then you can count me out. I just won't get it even tho i love fable since the lost chapters but they already push us camera to purchase so many things in game down to the dyes for crying out loud. Much more a kinects. I will just remember these good old days and am a firm believer in kiss ( keep it simple stupid). That way everyone even with these red ringing white boxes can enjoy.y

Yeah he is correct about it being Kinect exclusive as the whole premise of the game is centered around Kinect. I have Kinect but i dont use it but my girlfriend and her son do.

Ok. I know i am not suppose to curse on this site but that really makes me want to, i will just bite my tongue. Maybe they should just make it for the wii now. If i wanted a system like that then i would've just bought one. Ugh that makes it hard to be a die hard fan:#7

Maybe it wont appeal to everyone (of course) but Kinect needs games to justify the money people spent on it and more companies have said they will create Kinect exclusive games.

I agree that fable "4" is not gunna be all that good, but, not just cus i have to buy goddam kinect to play the game, but it has lost its Fable feeling ya know? its hard for me to explain but Fable: The Journey is bearly a fable game to me (from what i can tell so far)

Shure it has magic and hoobbes and theresa but thats about it, even in No. 3 they took away the element of legendary weps. Shure they called them "legendary" but naw, it was just random bits put together with augments you had to earn.

the whole hero aspect is gone.

For anyone saying "Kinect sucks!", that really depends what you use it for. Commenter TwiztidManiac at the Lionhead forums summed it up nicely: "Kinect is for kids games, casual party games and exercise games, not RPG/Action/Adventure games. The Harry Potter game tried to use Kinect and it flopped horribly." I have a Kinect and I LOVE it, but that's exactly what I use it for - casual party games and exercise games. I've tried the HP Kinect, and it's pretty terrible. Klunky, awkward, and not very responsive. The F:TJ demo from E3 looks like there's a lot more variety in spellcasting gestures, so it may be an improvement on HP, but I think the technology is still a bit too far off for proper fine motor RPGs.

Motion control is just not accurate or responsive enough to use in RPG/Action/Adventure games as a developer pointed out recently (i forget who it was). I agree with you as Kinect is better than i thought it would be and its more responsive than i expected too, however its never going to work for mainstream big titles as its to clunky and awkward. Waving arms around like a mad person is usually more effective than precise movements and when its that way around you have got a fundamental issue.
