Internet/Video Freezing Problem

Every 3 or 4 seconds my internet freezes and it comes up as not responding for about a further 3 seconds. This is really annoying but I put up with it for a couple of days thinking it'll sort itself out.

But I can't hack it when I'm trying to watch videos, the picture will freeze but the voices will keep going on. It does my nut in so any help would be much appreciated.

I've disk defragmented, disk cleanuped, ccleanered, deleted cookies, restarted laptop. Nothing. Although it had a SLIGHT affect on the video, but nothing to brag about.

It took about 2 minutes to type all this and I've been counting the amount of times it has frozen - 7.

Your browser is clogged up. Uninstall it and reinstall it, or use another.
I did the other day, I can't think what the problem is.

Does the same on all browsers?

Checked for registry issues? Same thing happened to me, cleared registry issues and everything was fine afterwards.

How do I do that? Haven't messed around with my registry before.

Also I need help uninstalling some files, when I click uninstall it comes up with a notice saying "Cannot find the INSTALL.LOG file" and then it closes, so it wont uninstall.

Get CCleaner and choose the Registry button inside the software.

As for your uninstalling problem, no clue, apologies.
