Not the way you're wording it.

If you buy See the Future PREMIUM and complete it, you can buy potions which transform your CURRENT dog into a different breed. Animal Welfare Blah Blah have their knickers in a twist but there ya go.

Why didn't you just save before going down Reaver's rear passage?
You could choose one choice, turn off, turn on, choose another one etc tec and, oh look! You can your dog AND all three acheivements as well.

I had the same problem i just cant resist being an evil mofo but then i missed my dog.... so after roaming round albion in mourning i eventually found the answer

download Knothole island, where the bloke gives u the missions to get the keys etc (little red house)

go outside head up the hill into the trees theres a tomb and a lever read the sign it says u have to sacrifice a human, but then u get your doggy back!

OMG my jaw dropped when i found it lol

did not realize that you could get your dog back that way. although i chose all the options to get the achievements without saving and made sure i could get my dog just had to have him
